Because this is a portfolio, not a store, we collect very little:

• When you request an account: your name, company, email address, phone number, and a password.
• When you inquire: the details and message you send us about a piece or a custom order.
• Automatically: your IP address, approximate location (city / region / country), browser and device type, and the pages you visit — recorded to keep the portfolio secure, spot fake or spam accounts, and understand how the site is used.

We do not process payments on this site and do not collect card or bank details. We do not sell your personal information.

We use your information to:

• Grant and manage trade access to the portfolio
• Respond to your inquiries about pieces, custom work, or wholesale
• Detect fraudulent or spam sign-ups and keep the site secure
• Understand how the site is used so we can improve it
• Meet our legal obligations

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site:

• Website hosting and database
• Email delivery (to notify us of sign-ups and inquiries)
• Website analytics

We share only what each provider needs to do its job. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or if our business is sold or merged with another company.

We use a secure cookie to keep you signed in, and analytics to understand how people use the site. You can turn off cookies in your browser, but you may not be able to stay signed in if you do.

Your information is yours. Just ask us to:

• Show you what we have
• Correct or update it
• Delete it or close your account

We’re based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed in the U.S. If you’re visiting from elsewhere, you agree to this transfer. We follow applicable laws to protect your data wherever you are.

We use reasonable security to protect your information — passwords are stored hashed, and access is limited. No system is 100% secure, so we can’t promise total security, but we work hard to keep your data safe.

We keep your account and inquiry information for as long as your account is active or as long as we need it to provide access, follow the law, or resolve disputes.

This site is intended for trade partners and adult clients and is not directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top.
